As a Senior Project Manager, you will work with our clients to plan and implement complex projects with excellent attention to detail and forward-thinking creativity. ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Lead and oversee all aspects of a large-scale complex portfolio of work including an ongoing marketing retainer with parallel projects focused on digital campaigns, managing cross-functional teams from implementation through to delivery
- Prepare business cases, project plans, and governance frameworks; allocate and manage resources; and ensure timely, on-budget delivery aligned with quality standards and best-practice methodologies.
- Develop and implement tools and strategies to continuously monitor and evaluate workstream performance, including risk management, efficiency tracking, and quality assurance.
- Manage multiple internal teams, driving communication and collaboration across disciplines to meet program goals.
- Partner with Client Leads and Discipline Heads to support a steady pipeline of new business — including scoping, estimating, contracting, and resource planning.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of escalation, managing expectations, communicating program status and risks, and presenting updates to senior stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and mentorship across all retained team members, including project managers and cross-discipline contributors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure projects are consistently delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Develop and manage key commercial and project documents, including statements of work, requirements catalogues, change requests, and scope definitions.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, communicating mitigation plans and escalating when necessary.
- Translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences and ensure alignment between business and delivery teams.
- Motivate and engage teams, cultivating enthusiasm and shared ownership of outcomes.
- Experienced in applying Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver digital projects iteratively in alignment with a product roadmap.
QUALITIES & CHARACTERISTICS
- Extensive experience managing B2B and B2C digital and technical projects, including in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of digital strategy, design, and technology, with a track record of working with creative teams to deliver intuitive, high-performing user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud and Braze.
- Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to tailor delivery approaches to meet specific project goals.
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong risk and dependency management skills, with a proactive approach to mitigation and escalation.
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to clearly convey ideas and influence decision-making.
- Highly detail-oriented with a pragmatic, systematic approach to delivery.
- Inspirational team leader who fosters collaboration and drives alignment to project vision.
