Senior Product Designer – Max-term contract (11 months)

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Designer to join our talented team for a 11-month contract and help design solutions that are not only beautifully crafted but also impactful and aligned with our mission. This role is central in helping bring to life listings and agent branding for the commercial and residential property sector with a healthy dose of B2B SaaS design work on top.
What you’ll be doing
- Take the lead on complex design initiatives across squads or crews, ensuring alignment with Domain’s product strategy, business goals, and user needs.
- Deliver high-fidelity, user-centred designs that balance desirability, viability, and feasibility.
- Maintain and evolve Domain’s design system and libraries to ensure cohesive, scalable user experiences.
- Identify gaps in existing patterns and contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and practices.
- Produce clear documentation and specs that support smooth handover to engineering.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape end-to-end experiences.
What we are looking for
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, ideally across responsive web and mobile platforms. With a focus on SaaS or B2B contexts.
- Demonstrated experience leading a design process within cross-functional product teams.
- A solid understanding of design systems and a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to clearly communicate design decisions.
