We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer fluent in Ruby on Rails and Elixir to architect systems that scale, lead with clarity, and help reshape the future of intelligent work.

🔧 What you’ll do

Own and evolve core Rails services — improve, refactor, and extend with care
Build Elixir-based systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, and resilient by design
Collaborate deeply with product and design to shape flexible, fast-moving infrastructure
Build reliable APIs and integrations for Decidr and its customers
Make smart architectural decisions and mentor early-career engineers

✅ What we’re looking for

6+ years in production environments using Ruby on Rails and Elixir
Deep experience designing scalable, distributed systems
A calm communicator who thrives in ambiguity
Strong architectural instincts — and a willingness to challenge assumptions
A builder who also elevates the team around them
