We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven, goal oriented, Channel Sales & Field Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience in both sales and marketing. This role is pivotal in driving lead generation, building strong relationships with channel partners, and working closely with the Sales team to drive growth in the ANZ region. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of marketing and sales expertise, with a proven ability to proactively engage partners and contribute to business success.

What you will do -
Marketing Programs
- Work together with the VP Sales & Marketing for APAC to develop, implement, and manage regional marketing activity for the ANZ region.
- Integrated and direct marketing activity directed at customers, prospects, distributors, and resellers
- Execution of regional OEM marketing programs and events
- Regional tradeshow and event management
- Regional webinar content, schedule, and delivery working with corporate marketing
- Translation of collateral and presentation materials as necessary
- Regional sales enablement
- Plan and manage regional trade shows and events under the supervision of the Senior Marketing Manager, APAC / VP, Sales & Marketing
- Represent field marketing at SOTI events as needed
- Dispatch of SOTI booth assets to key regional events and oversee their setup
- Maintain SOTI website and/or regional microsites with upcoming event information
Internal
- Maintain excellent relationships with key internal stakeholders to enhance successful sales KPI in the region
Inside Sales & Renewals
- Collaborate with APAC Sales Renewals Team lead as key backup to this role across the region
- Drive renewals retention through proactive planning and liaising with partners in advance of renewal dates.
Channel Engagement & Development
- Assist sales team in the development of actionable, measurable programs for the recruitment of new resellers
- Execute on programs designed by the Senior Marketing Manager, APAC to help develop existing reseller business and support co-marketing activities
- Work with sales teams and resellers in supporting local shows, lunch-and-learns, etc.
- Assist with the rollout out of channel sales training programs as necessary
- Coordination of regional channel communications
Experience you will bring -
- 5+ years B2B full cycle marketing experience including in-depth knowledge of all marketing mediums and integrated campaign management
- Proven track record building long-term relationships with channel partners and resellers in the technology space
- Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions or general software development would be strong assets
- Experience implementing field marketing plans that include measurements of success
- Working knowledge of OEM and channel marketing
- Proven, effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong project, people management and collaboration skills
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and meeting deadlines under pressure
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude with a strong team focus and customer service towards internal and external parties
- Experience with database management and CRM systems – knowledge of Salesforce.com and Pardot an asset
