DescriptionThe Digi team at TMP is focused on seamlessly rolling out optimized digital campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
The role of the Digital Performance Executive supports the Digi team to deliver consistently across all digital channels in accordance with the media plans.
Responsibilities
Campaign Implementation and Measurement
- Implementation of digital campaigns (paid, social, programmatic and publisher direct activity) across a portfolio of clients.
- Suggest and carry out optimisations that ensure campaigns deliver against client goals and objectives.
- Daily monitoring of all live campaigns to identify and resolve any issues, track pacing, and results, to maintain quality assurance.
- Carry out keyword research and competitive reports, uncovering opportunities to fuel the client strategy.
- Develop an awareness of allocated campaign budgets and flag when limits are being reached .
- Accurately and consistently complete the spend tracker document, to ensure that all campaign spends are being logged correctly for every campaign.
- Develop publisher and tech provider relationships to maximise value for the agency and our clients.
Accurate, Timely Reports
- Ensure campaign performance is accurately measured and relevant performance metrics and data are inputted into reports.
- Analyse and interpret data, pull out actionable insights and strong commentary.
Client-facing
- Where required, responsible for presenting campaign results and optimization recommendations to clients in WIPs, clearly and succinctly.
Team & Communication
- Assist the Senior Digital Executive with their tasks, creating a fair distribution of workload.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including the integrated planning team, the client services team, and the data analytics teams.
- Closely monitor campaign performance and understand the process to escalate issues promptly.
- Responsible for performing quality assurance checks.
Communication & Ways of Working
- Ensure clear, regular, and consistent communication with all team members and stakeholders – including but not limited to updates on workload, when a task is completed, asking questions, sharing feedback and communicating any issues.
- Effectively and independently manage your workload and adhere to all deadlines set.
- Troubleshoot and escalate any issues encountered to senior team members.
- Attend all team meetings and ad hoc catch-ups when necessary.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including the integrated planning team, the client services team, and the data & analytics teams.
Continued learning and development
- Continue to attend talks/courses/meetings that will allow you to learn and grow in your role.
- Take part in industry events and share knowledge, innovations, and insights with the wider team.
RequirementsSome skills and attitudes we’re looking for are,
- A minimum of 12-18 months in a similar coordinator/assistant role in a digital advertising agency.
- Advanced technical knowledge and experience with setting up and running ads in social media, programmatic, and search platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Snap, LinkedIn, Twitter, DV360, CM360, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Trade Desk, Google Analytics etc.)
- Can confidently handle being client facing i.e. presentations, WIP’s and post campaign reports.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of initiative, proactivity, and accountability.
- Strong attention to detail and can pick up errors within campaigns and reports.
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret data, pull out actionable insights, and convert into optimization recommendations for clients. Ability to pull commentary for reporting purposes.
- A frequent and clear communicator, with the ability to work well in a team environment and receive feedback.
- Hyper-organized and structured with the ability to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks by deadline.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal team members, media owners, tech vendors, data providers.
- Positive attitude and go-getter; driven by opportunity and career growth.
