People First Workforce is seeking a dynamic National Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our national growth strategy across five innovative brands: People First Healthcare, InOne Healthcare, Ace Renovation Group, E-LEAF, and Future Workforce.
This is a senior leadership role offering high visibility, big impact, and the opportunity to influence business success across fast-evolving sectors. You’ll drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead high-performing teams with a strong focus on client outcomes, innovation, and long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Be Leading
Strategic Sales & Market Expansion
- Design and execute national sales and marketing strategies with a healthcare and aged care lens
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and emerging opportunities
- Deliver go-to-market plans across digital, traditional, and event-based channels
- Translate insights into action by adapting strategies to meet market demands and compliance
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with aged care providers, health networks, and referral partners
- Lead a client-first culture, developing tailored value propositions across diverse sectors
- Oversee national engagement programs to drive loyalty, satisfaction, and advocacy
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Lead end-to-end sales initiatives, from lead generation to high-value negotiations
- Monitor pipelines, forecast sales, and report performance metrics to executive leadership
- Identify new business channels and partnership opportunities for scalable growth
Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, events, and media
- Champion consistent, purpose-driven brand messaging across all materials and teams
- Lead content and thought leadership initiatives that elevate visibility and industry authority
Leadership & Organisational Impact
- Inspire and manage national sales and marketing teams, driving a high-performance culture
- Set KPIs, lead coaching sessions, and support ongoing team capability development
- Represent the organisation at industry events and forums to promote brand leadership
- Foster innovation, internal collaboration, and alignment with organisational vision and values
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven leadership in national sales and marketing roles
- Strong understanding of aged care, NDIS, healthcare, and workforce development sectors
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing teams, and closing strategic deals
- Familiarity with compliance standards (Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS, WHS, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, campaign tracking tools, and marketing software
- Valid driver’s license, current Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- COVID-19 vaccination status compliant with industry standards
