About the Role
As our Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will lead and optimise marketing initiatives across digital, social, and traditional channels. You will oversee content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking to enhance brand engagement and awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to boost engagement and visibility.
- Develop and collaborate on content creation (flyers, newsletters, videos) with agencies.
- Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns, including email marketing strategies.
- Maintain marketing materials inventory and client portal resources.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of sales and marketing materials, coordinating the creation of new content as needed.
- Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and webinars, ensuring smooth logistics and execution.
- Track and report on marketing analytics, measuring success and areas for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners while ensuring brand consistency.
- Analyse digital performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns.
About You
- To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience in Marketing Coordination or similar role.
- Experience in Google Ads, Canva, EDM platforms, and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media (organic and paid) marketing
- Basic graphic design skills will be an advantage.
- Proven expertise in ad optimisation and performance metrics.
- Strong knowledge of digital, social, and traditional marketing strategies.
- A track record of enhancing brand awareness and identity.
- Understanding of Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia (evidence required).
- Mandatory Requirements:
- National Police Check (within 3 months) or willingness to obtain.
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply).
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to apply).
- Minimum two doses of COVID-19 vaccination.
