Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Developer Programmer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and modifying codes for software applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. you will be providing a compelling experience for our clients by delivering exceptional expertise that builds high levels of trust and grows client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Writing and maintaining programme codes and interpreting technical design and flow charts for software applications
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge among team members
• Translating business functional requirements into technical specifications
• Document development processes, code changes, and user guides for future reference
• ensuring the completion of comprehensive quality assurance testing during a project to deliver high quality work: testing, debugging,
diagnosing & correcting errors & faults in an applications programming language within established testing protocols
• Implementing effective test strategies and framework on Dynamics 365 platform ensuring efficient and seamless integrations
• collaborating with our Sales & Marketing team to deliver demonstrations and workshops that inspire trust in our capability to deliver solutions that allow our
clients’ organisations to excel
• proactively communicating with Project Manager & peers to assist the overall successful project delivery
• contributing to revenue generation through utilisation & identification of further product and service opportunities
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Desirable skills:
• Experience in Aged Care and Disability sector will be highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)
• Certification in Power Platform Developer
Essential Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Programmer Developer or similar role.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience using Microsoft Azure
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django) is a plus.
• Understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
