The Opportunity
The Kronos Developer is responsible for translating business requirements and technical specifications from many Enterprise Agreements and Awards and configuring these requirements within Kronos. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain Kronos Enterprise Agreement rules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensure Kronos is setup and configuration is correct and maintained
- Make certain all rules are configured correctly within Kronos
- Ensure Biometric clocks are working and practice trouble shooting
- Maintain activities within functional departmental budget
- Ensure all Enterprise agreements are configured accurately and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
About You
- Demonstrated experience in the configuration of Enterprise Agreement rules, including pay rules, work rules and scheduling rules in Kronos Workforce central.
- Experience in testing and quality assurance to ensure accurate calculation and enforcement of labor agreement rules.
- Extensive Payroll experience in complex, multi-site and multi agreement organization
- Experience using: Kronos setup, configuration of building blocks, payroll testing, version upgrades, Award interpretation
- Strong systems knowledge - Preceda and Kronos (preferred 5 years +)
- Strong Payroll Legislation and Fair Work Act knowledge
- Advanced Excel Skills
