As our ServiceNow Developer, you’ll play a part in driving positive change for the communities we serve.
–Permanent, full time opportunity
–True hybrid working – work from home and our Mitcham office
–$161,796 inclusive of 11.5% superannuation
This role reports to Head of Service Management and Systems Resilience, and is responsible for the overall administration, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform within Yarra Valley Water’s technology environment.

Your key responsibilities
–ServiceNow development
–Platform administration and maintenance
–Incident and problem management
–Requirements analysis to understand stakeholders’ requirements for the platform
–Testing and QA
–Documentation, training and support
What we’re looking for
–Advanced ServiceNow admin and development experience
–JavaScript and other scripting skills
–Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or HRSD
–Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation including technical staff, management, and external partners
–ServiceNow System Administration Certification
–ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
