About The Job
As our first growth marketer, you will be instrumental in driving our product-led growth (PLG) strategy across the US, UK, and Australia. Your primary focus will be to generate a steady stream of high-quality sign ups, propelling our growth to $10m ARR and beyond. You'll position our AI medical scribe as the industry leader, crafting impactful messaging that deeply connects with our target audience. You will not only be coming in as the first growth marketer, but also have an opportunity to build a team around you to best support the business.
What you’ll bring to the table
Skills & Capabilities
4-7 years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS products.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing strategies, and inbound lead generation.
In-depth expertise in performance marketing and email marketing.
Proven track record in running successful customer referral programs.
Capable of managing projects from start to finish with a focus on practical, results-oriented outcomes.
Demonstrated success in growth marketing, with a history of delivering measurable results in dynamic environments.
Strong strategic thinking paired with a data-driven approach to making decisions.
A keen interest in innovation and a commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends.

What you will do:
Develop a strategic roadmap to achieve our long-term revenue goals and manage daily execution across all marketing channels.
Focus on testing new channels, scaling existing channels and growing the demand for the Lyrebird Health product through these channels.
Work closely with engineering, product and design to create collateral and refine Lyrebird’s product positioning and messaging to differentiate us with competitors and drive brand awareness.
Drive self-serve sign ups and conversions that don’t need to go through implementation
You will be responsible for all of our outward communications with users and the broader community. You must have an eye for detail and care deeply about every single possible interaction with the Lyrebird Health product and supporting platform.
Monitoring competitor and industry activity; you must track competitor growth, and ensure that we are always winning.
