Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager you will manage all digital marketing campaigns in the AU market. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the daily management of Dabble’s digital advertising campaigns. This role will work closely with GM of Acquisitions, as well as supporting the Brand & Consumer side to facilitate a cohesive strategy across the board. Typical duties also include executing individual platform strategies with a strong focus on optimization for growth and conducting key testing program such as split testing multiple ad variants. This role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Melbourne may be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Hands on in developing and executing on the digital marketing strategy
- Assist with the ideation of campaign strategies and creative concepts
- Perform weekly & monthly reporting
- Lead agency brand media buys throughout peak periods
- Full control of AppsFlyer integration and setup for publishers & partners
Activation
- Create, execute, scale and maintain digital acquisition and retargeting campaigns across paid platforms
- Support the Brand & Consumer team with the creation, execution, and maintenance of awareness campaigns across paid platforms
- Full control of affiliate tracking setup & integration via AppsFlyer
- Continually optimise and innovate to grow the Dabble community, testing new channels for acquisition growth
- Brief and coordinate content producers and designers on the creation of visual assets to be used in ad campaigns
- Working with the data and customer teams, establish a framework for efficient acquisition and build an understanding of how to maximise CAC payback periods
- Perform regular keyword research and adjusting copy to suit new keywords
- Help Oversee App Store Optimisation (ASO), in collaboration with ASA, to increase downloads of the Dabble app
- Braze and platform audience segmentation to drive efficient activation & retention
- Improve the user path to install and conversion rates from initial touchpoints
Testing
- Help create and manage testing programs across digital marketing channels that drive growth and better performance. Tests are to be created but can include testing new ad variants or split test ad creatives, audiences, and placements
- Work with the Digital Content Manager to improve the customer experience and deliver a landing page testing program that delivers continual conversion rate improvement
- Work with the engagement team to test new audiences to improve performance across digital marketing campaigns
- Manage attribution and tracking (working closely with the product team for implementation) and reporting to ensure campaigns are optimised for maximum ROI
Team
- Work with the Digital Marking Coordinator to optimise weekly digital advertising budgets across campaigns and ad variants
- Mentor digital marketing coordinator(s) to improve technical and strategic knowledge of both the digital marketing and wagering spaces
- Work with the GM of Acquisitions to identify knowledge gaps and training programs that ensure Dabble’s team are delivering best in class campaigns
- Work with the GM of Acquisitions to assess resourcing across the team throughout the year
- Stay abreast of the state-based advertising laws and regulations, ensuring Dabble is always compliant
- Communicate key wins & initiatives to the digital team and the wider marketing team
- Produce content on a regular basis to assist the Digital Content Manager with delivery
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in a similar brand or agency role
- Demonstrated excellence knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Twitter Ads platform tools, including reporting functionality
- Experience performing split testing and creating multiple ad variants
- Excellent copywriting skills, particularly strong CTAs and concise headlines
- Experience running App Installs campaigns highly desired
- Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a dynamic (and fun) environment
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Sports or wagering industry experience highly valued
- Experience with reporting and presenting
- Startup mindset, hustle and self-motivated

Remuneration
The advertised salary for this position is $115,000 - $120,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
