We are seeking a pro active Category Marketing Coordinator to join Anaconda's marketing team. You will be pivotal in getting retail campaigns out the door from start to finish.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the development, facilitation and implementation of category campaign propositions and briefs in line with marketing plans to deliver business and brand objectives.
- Responsible for the alignment of all Brand Communications to Brand vision, strategy, and adherence to brand style guide.
- Working cross-functionally to facilitate and manage the implementation of multi-channel campaigns – including but not limited to online, social, POS, catalogue, radio, press, TV, SEM ensuring fully optimized and seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Collaborate with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance of all assets throughout the development and final production along with approval from relevant teams in line with all Anaconda’s processes and policies.
About You
- Must have prior relevant experience of at least 2+ years in a similar position within Marketing
- You will be passionate and knowledgeable about outdoor products Camping, Fishing & Hiking.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business Degree
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple project
- Experience and understanding of retail environment desirable
- Ability to work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong problem-solving mindset
