This position reports directly to the General Manager of Sales & Marketing and is crucial in shaping strategic marketing initiatives across all business units. The ideal candidate is creative, data-focused, and experienced in driving digital campaigns that boost brand presence and online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust marketing strategies, with a strong focus on eCommerce, to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning, with a particular emphasis on online consumer behavior.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, print, social media, and event channels, prioritizing digital outreach and eCommerce performance.
- Oversee and optimize the companys online presence, including website content management and social media strategy, ensuring seamless user experiences and alignment with eCommerce objectives.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and sales performance data to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align eCommerce marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource use to support online initiatives.
- Stay ahead of eCommerce and digital marketing trends, adopting best practices and innovative tools to drive growth.
Team and Vendor Management:
- Lead and motivate the marketing team, creating an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation, particularly in digital and eCommerce-focused campaigns.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments, promoting transparency and cohesive teamwork.
- Build and manage strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet eCommerce objectives and negotiate contracts that offer the best value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a substantial focus on digital marketing and eCommerce.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, eCommerce strategies, brand management, and consumer behavior analysis.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM tools, and eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
