About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with Cision globally, leveraging Streem’s dynamic Sydney office environment to drive impactful digital marketing initiatives within the fast evolving global media landscape.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the execution of CisionOne’s marketing materials to be used by Sellers, CX and AM teams (Net New and Retention). From copy/text, imagery, PDFs, video and EDM content, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is positioned to produce (with appropriate stakeholder input) materials on-demand that service global Sales, CX and AM teams. You will be required to produce a wide variety of product marketing materials driven by new product feature launches and thematics within the market.
You will be our in-house all-rounder working with a global team (with leadership based in Sydney) and work closely with key stakeholders across the business in executing marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on marketing materials production. Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills are necessary, including working with imagery, EDM builders and basic video production. Specifically, we are hiring for an all-rounder with a universal skillset.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Producing sales and promotional materials (copy/text, PDFs, EDMs, imagery [with design input] and basic video content) that supports Sales and Account Management functions to promote new features, tools and product launches within CisionOne
- Working closely with the CisionOne global Product team to drive a calendar of content production for Sellers, AM and CX teams globally
- Working with and understand the needs of internal stakeholders to ensure content is produced quickly and efficiently
- Providing input on the marketing strategy for enterprise B2B clients
- Working with a true global team across North America, UK, EMEA and APAC (working Australian hours).
- Managing any deliverables & relationships required to output high quality materials
- Assisting with other marketing, communications and PR activities as required
- Bringing marketing ideas to the table, we want to hear your thoughts and ideas
Skills You’ll Need
The following skills and qualifications are required to be perform this role:
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship (i.e. unrestricted working rights);
- 1-3 years’ experience in a B2B Marketing position; including demonstrated skills (and willingness) to work across text, image, and video content
- Strong marketing skills with an ability to take initiative and adapt to changing situations, whilst maintaining composure;
- Ability to proactively manage conflicting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sharp attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Energetic, media-savvy and positive go-getter with a can-do attitude.
Beyond this, a few desirable and advantageous qualities include:
Bachelors’ or Master’s degree in Marketing and/or Communications/Media/Public Relations, Journalism, or another relevant field are preferred;
- Media/news/content experience is highly advantageous;
- Prior experience working with media monitoring, data and analytics or social listening tools preferred;
- Experience working with Marketing Tools.
