What Will You Do?
As a Digital Service Specialist on the Onboarding team, you’ll work with Specialists and Account Owners to deliver customer-centric products. This vital role ensures a seamless onboarding process, from understanding client needs to product launch, connecting with clients, and setting them up for success.
You'll be responsible for:
- Being the go-to contact for clients via phone and email communication.
- Offering swift, accurate solutions, and turning challenges into opportunities.
- Teaming up with dynamic groups to tackle complex issues.
- Inspiring clients to unlock their digital potential with your insights (supported by comprehensive training).
- Transforming client understanding with expert guidance.
- Leading insightful scoping calls to capture client goals.
- Taking charge of the client onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience.
- Partnering closely with fulfilment teams for pre-live support
- Overseeing the complete setup of client products.
- Documenting every client interaction with precision.
- Mastering objection handling to keep everycustomer experience positive & impactful.
- Ensuring aflawless handover for continued client success post-launch.
