Spark Foundry is looking for a Digital Director (Paid Search skew) to join us in Sydney to work on one of our most high-profile clients within the Groupe.

As the Digital director, you will lead digital performance strategy, activation, and a highly skilled digital activation team. As the Digital Director, your role will not only be to ensure industry best practices, lead performance strategy/delivery to targets but also ensure the growth of individual team members.
This role exists to deliver, with the Performance Media team, across (but not limited to) Search Engine Marketing, Programmatic, Video, Social and Mobile channels and platforms delivering accurate and timely reports, optimisation implementation that drives business outcomes for our customers.
A huge part of the role will require you to lead, coach, drive and inspire your team to deliver brilliant work, ensuring the delivery of projects, growth of the team members, and best-in-market performance and brand strategy for the client.
WHAT ARE THE KEY REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE?
- Minimum technical requirements: SA360, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Meta Ads
- Past experience working on performance-led client accounts with a strong understanding of modern search techniques
- Strong attention to detail: We pride ourselves in the quality of our output. We expect the facet of attention to detail to radiate across the team.
- Ability to be Organised: to help manage time, manage thoughts and manage work.
- Analytical and Problem Solving Mindset: See the world with a problem solving lens and be comfortable handling numbers. We’re not expecting an Algebra guru but we are expecting you to be comfortable working with numbers and large sets of data.
- Data Analysis Skills: Having the ability to extract insights and tell a story using data.
- People Manager: This role will have a team directly reporting into it. Having the ability and passion to mentor and develop a high-performing team is crucial
