About the role
What you'll be up to:
- Owning the user growth objective for the international performance marketing organization
- Crafting a roadmap that sets long-term goals and keeps daily execution humming across all channels
- Being the go-to guru for regional partners, connecting the dots between channels, and articulating holistic performance marketing strategies
- Staying ahead of the curve by providing strategic insights on emerging trends and category insights
- Spotting cross-functional opportunities to boost performance through creative development, landing page testing, and ad tech improvements
- Building rock-solid relationships with vendor partners
- Designing and executing comprehensive testing plans that unlock new channels, audiences, or ad formats efficiently

- You've got hands-on experience building and managing a top-notch performance marketing program across search, social, display, programmatic, and mobile (bonus points for consulting experience!)
