Your Role
This is a 9–12-month Fixed Term Contract Position.
Assist the Payroll Specialist and People Services & Solutions (PS&S) Manager with the accurate and timely preparation and distribution of wages, and processing of other payroll/ financial related processes. Assist the payroll transition project with testing and ensuring the business needs are met.
What You'll Do
As one of the primary contacts for all payroll queries, your day will include providing generalist advice and support on payroll matters.

Assist with processing Weekly and Monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

Assist with preparing quarterly, half yearly and annual reports as well as ad hoc reports for external bodies.

Assist with payroll month end process and reconciliation of data for deductions and superannuation payments.

Maintain employee master file records.

Respond to employee queries. Update procedure documentation in line with business processes.
