The Role
We are looking for a creative thinker with a ‘growth mindset’ to join our Marketing and Communications Team. This person will support our business by being able to link our products and solutions to our business strategy. They’ll work with our SMEs to create content and develop marketing initiatives and activities that showcase our business as an industry leader and grow our market presence.
This role involves creating and executing compelling, brand compliant content, developing marketing materials, campaign execution, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content creation – development and production of targeted content, making sure that it is aligned with brand guidelines, messaging and overall strategy.
- Digital marketing – collaborate with web developers in the creation of online platforms, coordinate and execute campaigns to increase market presence.
- Event management – play a part in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, conferences and develop promotional collateral for such events.
- Brand management – maintain the integrity of our brand to uphold our corporate identity by working with design and agency teams.
- Market research – manage the impact of our marketing & communication strategies analytically and report on key performance indicators.
About You:
- Solid experience in a marketing role.
- Excellent communication and production skills, including the ability to write, edit and produce marketing materials for various mediums within tight timeframes.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills; practiced in stakeholder engagement.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, and other content creation applications.
- Well organised and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
