What this opportunity involves:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to successfully contribute to the growth of income and value of the retail centre in Toowoomba. The Marketing manager is responsible for the delivery and measurement of effective sales and traffic driving initiatives and developing differentiated marketing platforms to ensure future growth and profitability.
A snapshot of the role:
- Develop, prepare and execute the annual marketing plan, calendar and budget.
- Report marketing results in regard to performance of campaigns.
- Complete detailed campaign briefs, planners and analysis.
- Prepare and present marketing content for Quarterly Asset Reviews and other client presentations as required
- Identify key issues of the centre that require addressing and establish mechanics and objectives of campaigns to strategically approach these issues
- Produce media and advertising requirements in line with the marketing plan.

To be successful, you will have retail property marketing experience with a demonstrated ability in developing and delivering high quality, effective and creative marketing, brand and positioning strategies and solutions. Demonstrating the adding value link between marketing activity and client investment performance is essential.
You will be confident, creative organised and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record for monitoring and exceeding Individual Performance Measurement Targets (IPMP’s). A “go-getter” attitude with working knowledge of social media tools, planning, budgeting, and reporting are required for this role.
