The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator who thrives on turning big ideas into action. This role is perfect for someone who doesn’t just wait for a brief—they help shape it. You’ll take strategic direction and translate it into smart, well-executed marketing plans that connect our swim schools with families across the country.
You’ll work closely with the CXO and play a key role in bridging vision and execution—driving campaigns, content, in-centre activity and community engagement that build brand trust and help grow our business.
What You’ll Do
- Translate brand and marketing strategy into actionable plans, campaigns, and content calendars
- Lead and deliver integrated campaigns—from concept to execution—across digital, social, local, and in-centre channels
- Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring it’s consistent, engaging, and aligned with our tone of voice
- Collaborate with designers, centre teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact communications and activations
- Build relationships with local communities and support partnership initiatives that elevate our presence
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics, using data to refine and improve
- Ensure consistency in messaging, brand identity, and customer experience across all touchpoints
- Support internal communications and help staff stay connected to brand initiatives and updates
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field—ideally with a focus on strategy execution
- Strong planning and project management skills—you know how to turn a goal into a roadmap and get things done
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and content management systems
- Bonus points for experience with email marketing, CRMs, or SEO
- Creative thinker with a bias for action—you spot opportunities and make things happen
- A team player who can lead projects, work collaboratively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
