What’s the opportunity?
The Marketing Specialist will help to develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing activities to position Telstra Health as a leading provider of digital health solutions and a trusted partner for providers across the spectrum of healthcare. Responsible for the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that have a measurable positive impact on brand perception, customer experience, sales pipeline and ultimately revenue.
Please note this is a 12-month contract role.
About the role:
The Marketing Specialist role is pivotal in developing and executing Telstra Health's marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all customer touchpoints.
The key accountabilities include:
- Market research and planning – keeping up to date with key competitor activities and market insights to inform marketing plans.
- Leverage data and customer insights to develop and implement integrated brand and product campaigns for specific segments to meet predefined goals, aligned to the customer buying journey.
- Develop original and engaging campaign content and collateral that tells our Telstra Health strategic narrative across customer touchpoints from digital to events. This includes product brochures, image library, case studies and videos.
- Ensure activities are delivered on time and to budget, working with key external agencies and ensuring sign off from all key internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively track and monitor the performance of all campaigns and activities and pursue continuous progress and best practice.
- Explore and recommend new platforms and ways of working.
About you:
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- B2B marketing experience is essential.
- Preferred experience in software marketing, particularly with complex ICT solutions such as cloud, security, applications is highly regarded as is Healthcare industry knowledge and experience.
- Experience in a similar role, driving brand perception and customer lifecycle growth through the development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Demonstrated ability to set, track and achieve KPI's and marketing objectives.
- Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
- Agile and adaptable, capable of working in ambiguous situations as a resilient self-starter with the energy and drive to collaborate and create impactful results.
- Confident communication with stakeholders, both internal and external, at all levels of the business.
- Experience building, deploying, and reporting on campaigns directly within marketing automation platforms is highly desirable
