A great opportunity to join our growing Digital Experience Design Chapter within our Enhance Loyalty squad. The Digital Product Manager will support the ongoing development of the My 7-Eleven App as part of the digital transformation strategy. The role will drive the enhancement of the app experience through maintaining the digital product backlog, roadmap and generating awareness of product value within internal teams. You will bring a growth mindset and record of delivering digital customer products and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
As the Digital Product Manager you will be part of the Enhance Loyalty squad and will be responsible for defining and maintaining specific features or journeys for our My 7-Eleven app, ensuring maximum impact, experience, and benefit for 7-Eleven customers.
- Contribute to the overall product strategy supporting the Enhance Loyalty squad to achieve their mission through sprint goals and quarterly objectives.
- Own and manage digital product backlog, balancing business, and customer needs.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement to product features and processes.
- Utilise data to help make informed product decisions.
- Actively participate in product discovery activities and coordinate internal subject matter experts.
- Live and breathe the product, showcasing new features that are delivered to the business.
- Partner closely with the Digital Squads, understanding current and future product features and being able to impart the business value of these to downstream teams.
Success Profile
We’re after a customer obsessed digital Product Management professional with experience working in large, digitally led and customer first organisations.
You’ll also need:
- Experience building and launching high quality consumer Apps.
- Experience tracking product performance, understanding key drivers, diagnosing issues and making recommendations.
- Understanding of and practice with product management methodologies, especially those that support agile software development environments.
- Experience working on eCommerce products within Omnichannel businesses is a plus with a solid understanding of web technology and online products.
- Passion for innovation and a natural curiosity to think differently.
