We are looking for a Senior Digital Content Designer to join HCF and help us shape the future of how we communicate with our members and stakeholders across digital channels.
What you’ll do
Reporting to the Content Program Lead, you will be responsible for driving HCF’s digital content strategy and delivering outstanding digital content experiences, through exceptional team leadership and personal ability to deliver outcomes. In your role, you will develop capability and best in class digital content practices for HCF, through thoughtful coaching, seamless stakeholder management and exceptional quality delivery.
Lead the development and delivery of high-quality digital content strategies that align with user needs and business goals.
Manage and mentor a small team of content designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Drive content projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders effectively.
Collaborate closely with UX, product, marketing, compliance, and tech teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Use data and user research to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve content.
Manage timelines, resources, and budgets across multiple complex projects simultaneously.
About You
You love leading with purpose and bringing out the best in your team. With a strong foundation in digital content and a keen eye for detail, you know how to balance creativity, structure and user needs.
Extensive experience in digital content strategy, copywriting, or UX writing—preferably in complex or regulated industries.
Proven track record in leading teams, with strong people management and coaching skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines with confidence and clarity.
Deep understanding of content design principles, including accessibility, usability, and plain language.
Strong communication and influencing skills—you can bring people on the journey and advocate for user needs.
