About the Role:
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will collaborate with the Head of Marketing to execute marketing strategies for designated InvoCare Pet brands, ensuring:
- Alignment with strategic business objectives, ensuring all marketing initiatives support long-term growth and brand positioning.
- Clear and visible direction to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Achievement of commercial targets, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business performance.
- Effective execution of marketing and communication strategies, promoting the brand, products, and services while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of marketing and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals.
- Field servicing and event coordination, ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities and brand representation at key events.
- Support the delivery of omni-channel marketing campaigns, driving engagement across digital, social, and traditional media.
- Track and report on campaign success metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation and future initiatives.
- Managing accounts processing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial and performance reports.
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing & copywriting.
- Implementing marketing campaigns on time and to budget.
- Managing external suppliers to deliver planned activity.
- Processing invoices, creating purchase orders and maintaining financial records.
- B2B and/or B2C marketing experience.

Location: We are excited to be based in our new offices in Rhodes. This role requires you to work five days a week in the office, where you'll be surrounded by a collaborative team environment.
