Weâre looking for a strategic and hands-on Group Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the planning and delivery of marketing and communication activities across our growing group of swim centres. If youâre a natural planner, a brand champion, and thrive on connecting the dots between strategy and execution, we want to hear from you.
đ About the Role
Reporting to the CXO, this role translates our group marketing strategy into structured delivery plans that support brand visibility, enrolment growth, and community engagement. With a small team of direct reports, youâll lead the functionâs operations day-to-day while shaping campaign performance over the medium term (3â24 months).
đŻ What Youâll Be Doing
⢠Plan & Coordinate: Turn strategic goals into quarterly marketing plans and campaign calendars that align with business priorities.
⢠Lead Delivery: Oversee the execution of marketing and comms contentâensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness.
⢠Uphold the Brand: Be the gatekeeper of brand guidelines across signage, uniforms, collateral, and customer-facing material.
⢠Drive Campaigns: Manage centre promotions, seasonal campaigns, and recruitment drivesâfrom concept to execution.
⢠Monitor Performance: Track reach, engagement, and conversion metrics. Identify trends and opportunities to refine future campaigns.
⢠Engage Communities: Support centres in building strong relationships with schools, sporting clubs, and local organisations.

đ What Weâre Looking For
⢠Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or related field is idealâbut we welcome applicants with equivalent hands-on experience and demonstrated capability.
⢠Proven success in a marketing or communications role with similar scope or complexity, ideally in a multi-site, service-based or community-facing organisation.
⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging across platforms.
⢠Digital proficiency, including experience with social media platforms, CMS, CRM systems, and SEO or marketing data dashboards (e.g. CSAT, acquisition, campaign conversion).
⢠Creative mindset, with the ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
⢠Exceptional organisational and project management skillsâyou know how to prioritise, execute, and deliver on time.
⢠Collaborative and confident, able to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across teams and brands.
