Your role within the team
The Digital Manager – Pet Nutrition Care will be a key commercial leader responsible for driving our digital and eCommerce strategies for Zesty Paws across Australia and key markets across Asia and Pacific regions. This role will manage full funnel digital execution, including Direct-to-Consumer, eRetail and Amazon 3P in Australia, and Asian markets. Acting as both a strategist and hands-on operator; this person will build, optimise, and scale our digital presence, contributing directly to the growth trajectory of one of our most exciting and high-potential pet nutrition brands.
Key responsibilities include:

Grow Direct-To-Consumer website revenue in Australia through performance marketing, site conversion improvements, and retention strategies,

Manage digital workflows including product setup, content optimization, order management, and review generation,

To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:

Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Amazon (3P) including product listings, A+ content, and Amazon Ads strategy,

Strong understanding of Direct To Consumer (DTC) commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), analytics tools (e.g., GA4), and email/CRM platforms,

Platform certifications (e.g., Amazon, Meta, Google Ads) are welcomed,

Start-up or scale-up experience, showing comfort with ambiguity, fast decision-making, and hands-on execution.
