What You’ll Be Doing:
In this hands-on role, you’ll leverage your commercial expertise to manage and optimise the flow of users into loyal customers. You’ll take charge of multiple digital touchpoints, including paid digital marketing campaigns and owned channel optimisation. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving broader interaction design, customer experiences, and of course sales conversions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless transitions through all stages of the customer journey.
- Designing wireframes and full customer journeys to drive growth and improve user engagement.
- Managing affiliate and paid search, paid social, and organic performance to meet KPIs.
- Collaborating with teams to improve user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) through hypothesis-driven testing and iterative design improvements.
- Utilising tag management and data quality processes to ensure future-proof, scalable growth.
- Maintaining high standards of quality output with professional planning, documentation, and QA processes.
What We’re Looking For:
This is an ideal opportunity for a passionate digital marketer with a strong background in low volume Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), UX, or CX. If you’re passionate about the details that make digital journeys smooth and impactful, you’ll be a great fit!
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Professional digital marketing experience, including expertise in:
- Paid search
- Paid social
- Affiliate marketing
- Organic performance
- Experience in UX, CX, or CRO, with a strong understanding of:
- Interaction design
- Hypothesis-driven testing and continuous learning
- Form and data design
- Experience design using a CMS
