More about the role:
Due to a cascade of internal promotions, we are looking for an amazing Head of Brand and Marketing to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Marketing and Revenue Director and playing an integral role as part of the Marketing and Revenue Senior Leadership Team, you will lead our high performing Brand and Marketing team while taking responsibility for developing the overarching marketing strategy for the Foundation, the supporting strategies for all campaigns and overseeing the delivery to market.
For those of you that like a little more detail, key responsibilities include:
Lead, inspire and grow your team, and those around you to achieve our goals and our mission
Develop and oversee the Marketing strategies for all supporter campaigns
Ensure consistent and effective promotion of the Foundation’s brand, goals and initiatives
Champion the Supporter First strategy in the Foundation including journey design and other programs to drive consumer/donor engagement and lifetime value
Oversee the strategy and delivery of content through the Foundation’s owned and earned channels
Utilise analytics, market research and other data sources to ensure the Foundation is an innovator and a leader in the market
What you bring to the role:
Our ideal candidate is an outstanding people leader first and foremost. They also have relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, 10+ years experience as a strategic leader with marketing, digital and creative management capabilities in addition to a proven track record for developing exceptional marketing strategies that deliver to agreed objectives.
Digital and consumer/donor experience would be highly valued across owned, earned and paid channels and proven experience producing content for a variety of audiences and mediums is a must. Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration and interpersonal skills are also what drives success in our world.
