CPAP Direct is a retail and clinical leader in the sleep apnea industry across Australia. We have 21 retail stores and a large e-commerce business and are the ‘go to’ destination for people to research, be diagnosed and treated successfully for sleep related conditions.
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Mt Gravatt Head Office on a full-time basis.

What you will be doing
- Content Creation: Implement campaign concepts and marketing initiatives, optimise our websites, company communications and promotional documents, social media, and project management.
- Agency and Platform Management: Deliver cohesive and effective communication across various platforms, coordinate advertising schedules with external agencies, optimizing our advertising expenditure, ensure content is on-brand and effective, and monitor and track social media interactions.
- Planning, Reporting, & Projects: Marketing planning, strategy and reporting, local and national marketing, and advertising initiatives, monitor and maintain the inventory of marketing materials, maintain, and optimise the CRM software and other platforms.
Here are a few things we think will make you ideal for this role:
- You will have proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software & SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software.
- Knowledge of design platforms (e.g: Photoshop and Canva), marketing platforms (Klayivo and Loomly) and online applications will be advantageous
