National Trust of Australia (Queensland) [NTAQ] is membership-based, environmental charity which offers people the opportunity to feel connected to significant places, collections, and stories. NTAQ manages a diverse portfolio of heritage properties, which includes one of the Gold Coast’s most popular tourist destinations, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. As one of Queensland’s earliest nature-based tourist destinations, the Sanctuary is a physical embodiment of everything the NTAQ represents: to conserve and advance our natural and cultural heritage for future generations.
About the Role
We are looking for a Loyalty Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator to support the growth and retention of NTAQ’s membership base. You will manage membership applications, renewals, enquiries, and oversee the maintenance and optimisation of the membership database. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will help implement loyalty marketing initiatives and coordinate campaigns to increase member and external partner engagement and satisfaction, including but not limited to the NTAQ Team Member Benefits Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to improve membership retention and grow the member base
- Assist in organising promotional campaigns and email communications
- Ensure that membership applications and renewals are accurately and efficiently processed
- Provide excellent customer service to members and handle inquiries
- Maintain and update the membership database with high attention to detail
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have relevant experience in a similar role, eye for member partner benefit opportunities and possess exceptional communication skills, key skills we are looking for include:
- A passion for fostering positive member partner relationships and contributing to a collaborative team
- Previous experience in a member-based organisation
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle enquiries and issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant operating systems
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
