As a Social Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for producing engaging and visually stunning content for our clients across social media platforms, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more. You’ll work closely with the creative and account teams to conceptualise, storyboard, and create videos, photography, and graphics. Your role will involve in-house and on-location shoots, managing campaigns, creating content, and editing videos.

The role:
- Produce high-quality videos, photos, and other content for social media platforms.
- Have a passion for social media, awareness of different trends for unique audiences and be willing to share those insights with the wider team on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the wider team to brainstorm and script unique ideas, and turn them into engaging content.
- Organise and execute in-house and on-location shoots, being hands-on with photography, lighting, sets, styling and sound.
- Edit video and animation content, bringing both precision and fresh ideas.
- Collaborate with the team to test content effectiveness in ads and adjust strategies based on performance.
- You’ll be working with some of the most incredible brands in the world within a large tight-knit design team. You will also collaborate with the wider creative, production, strategy and account service teams.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of content creation experience in a creative agency or design studio with a relevant tertiary degree
- Strong knowledge of what works content-wise, social media trends and algorithms.
- Ability to use cameras confidently and effectively for shoots.
- Advanced editing skills in Premiere or After Effects (or equivalent), with an eye for detail and timing.
- Strong aesthetic fundamentals, and ability to apply different brand guidelines.
- Positive, flexible, self motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt on the fly
