Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales operations and data analytics? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your expertise directly contributes to business success? NEXTDC is looking for a Sales Support Specialist, based in Petaling Jaya, to play a crucial role in empowering our Sales and Sales Operations teams!

What You'll Do

Track and report on sales performance metrics
Build and maintain insightful dashboards
Manage Salesforce administration and data analytics
Work closely with the sales team to provide daily support
Guide and assist staff with order processing and quoting
Identify and implement process improvements
Gather and relay feedback for system enhancements
Train and support the sales organisation
Handle data entry and customer service processing
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements

What will You Need

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
Experience working across multiple business units to provide complete solutions
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VBA preferred)

Qualifications

Minimum two (2) years of sales support experience in a busy sales and finance environment
Tertiary qualification in Administration or a related field
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macro functions, etc.)
