All about the role:
We are searching for a talented Customer Service Specialist to ensure our company’s sales operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will assist in all Sales Operations duties including order management, stock allocation and transfer, analyzing inventory flow, and returns.
To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of advanced mathematical and SAP SD & MM module.
What you’ll do:
- Address online and offline order delivery-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage product life cycle including new product introduction, transfer, change and delisting in SAP SD module. (Create and Maintain Material Master in SAP)
- Manage inventory level, plan & monitor the availability of products
- Develop and plan an effective stock allocation and transfer.
- Communicate forecast and inventory estimations to 3PL and internal stake holders.
- Understand product launch for sales operations and order management process
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve order management efficiency.
- Monitor and report on important changes in SAP sales operations and business strategies.
- Conduct monthly orders and returns analysis.
KPI :
- Outbound Goods & Transports
- Order EDI
- Monitor iDoc message
- Key Account Customers
- Supervise CS on all issues related to sales & trades
- Customer Complaints- Tracking & Monitoring for improvement
- Credit notes verification
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Management or Logistics, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields.
- A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain role in FMCG
- SAP&APO Transaction Knowledge, Excel and Power BI is a MUST
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English in written and verbal communication skills
