The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Coordinator – Projects to join our high-performing team. This role will see you coordinate multi-channel project campaigns from end to end, working across key residential developments and supporting our broader marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development of project collateral and advertising campaigns from concept to launch
- Manage and track campaign schedules across the project lifecycle
- Report on campaign performance using data and sales feedback to refine strategy
- Maintain a consistent brand presence across all print, social media, and community channels
- Conducting research and weekly media sweeps
- Creating and managing listings through our media partners
- Collaborating with our Graphic Designer to develop full collateral suites (brochures, floorplans, maps)
- Generating weekly reports on platform performance and providing insights
- Updating websites (WordPress)
- Analysing CRM and EDM data to improve engagement and delivery
- Coordinating events, signage, flyers, and other collateral QC of final output
- Supporting product messaging and campaign direction
- Ensuring brand accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience (ideally within property or real estate)
- Strong project and time management skills
- Ability to lead by example and support junior staff
- Proficiency in WordPress, CRM systems, and digital ad platforms
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Collaborative mindset with attention to detail
- Some graphic design capabilities (Adobe Suite/Canva)
- EDM and Project tracking software experience
