We are seeking a Shopper Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is integral in planning and executing impactful in-store activations, managing point-of-sale (POS) materials, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution across multiple brands and retail channels.
The Role
As a Shopper Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising and category activation strategies that drive brand visibility and conversion in-store. You will play a key role in managing POS development, third-party agency relationships, and activation reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and retailer requirements.
This is a fixed-term contract role to cover maternity leave, offering an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute in-store activations across multiple brands and retailers, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Support the annual commercial planning process, ensuring activations align with brand and channel strategies.

Manage POS development, working with agencies to create engaging, high-quality merchandising materials.

Oversee third-party field force execution, ensuring compliance with activation standards and performance tracking.

Leverage shopper insights to develop activation strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

Maintain budgets and track performance, ensuring cost-effective execution and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving shopper engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–2 years of FMCG experience, ideally in trade marketing, shopper activation, or category management.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
