About the Role:
- Manage email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and CRM automation.
- Responsible for creating engaging content and overseeing social media management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects effectively.
- Plan and optimise digital advertising efforts using data-driven tools and insights.
- Provide design and creative support to enhance MC’s marketing initiatives.

Essential Key Attributes (please respond to these attributes in your Cover Letter):
- Experience with CRM and email marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Account Engagement / Pardot highly desirable) or demonstrated willingness and aptitude to learn quickly.
- Proven strong copywriting and content creation skills across digital channels.
- Experience using content management systems (CMS) and managing social media platforms.
- Experience in writing clear and effective creative briefs for designers, content creators, and external agencies.
- Previous experience working on collaborative projects requiring stakeholder engagement and management.
- Creative, adaptable, and innovative thinker capable of proposing fresh ideas and approaches.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a dynamic marketing team.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and project management skills; capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all marketing activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable Attributes:
- Formal qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the Higher Education sector and/or complex organisations.
- Experience with basic graphic design using drag-and-drop software like Canva.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and website user experience best practices.
