This is a hands-on role where you’ll roll up your sleeves and dive into digital campaigns, market research, content creation, and strategy execution, all while making a real impact.
We’re ideally looking for someone part-time but can be flexible for the right candidate. This role is perfect for a marketing graduate or current university student with practical experience. You’ll be working alongside a supportive team in our modern Sydney Olympic Park office, with flexible work arrangements available.

About the Role
The Integrated Marketing Generalist is responsible for the execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives. This role operates within the Business Development function to implement and monitor high-impact digital campaigns, conduct thorough market research, and deliver actionable insights through data analysis and ROI monitoring. Additionally, this role will create engaging content to drive lead generation, manage our website, and ensure robust stakeholder engagement. Strong relationship-building skills and effective project management are essential to successfully implementing our marketing strategies.
This role is based at our modern Head Office in Sydney Olympic Park, with flexible working arrangements. We are offering this role on a part time basis but remain open to discussion for the right candidate.

About you
Qualifications
• Formal marketing qualifications or working towards.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or similar role.
• Experience in a B2B environment, manufacturing industry, education or council highly desirable.
Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and coordination skills.
• Demonstrates strong strategic thinking, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to execute marketing tactics with a data-driven focus.
• Experience in executing marketing research, reporting, ROI analysis, website management, and day-to-day operations.
• Experienced in leveraging CRM and automation platforms for segmentation and customer engagement.
• Demonstrated capacity to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in content creation and digital marketing execution.
• Display a curious mindset, can do attitude and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and collaborative, with a desire to achieve as a team.
