Your Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our services and increase patient engagement
Manage social media platforms, crafting engaging content and driving brand awareness
Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
Coordinate community outreach initiatives and dental awareness programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff and external vendors, to craft compelling messaging
Help to maintain and update the company website, ensuring it reflects our brand and values
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the dental industry
Create engaging visuals, videos, and stories that captivate our audience and leave them wanting more.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Agency experience is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools, HubSpot experience preferred
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
