About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our School community, commencing in March, 2025. In this key role, reporting to the Director of Marketing and Admissions, the successful candidate will utilise their expertise in digital marketing to create compelling campaigns and engaging content that enhance the School's profile, drive awareness and engagement, and attract prospective families. Through strategic digital initiatives, they will showcase the School's unique offerings across all year levels, supporting enrolment growth and strengthening the School's reputation.

To be successful in this opportunity you will require:

Degree in marketing/digital marketing/communications.
Dynamic, proactive self-starter with experience working in a digital marketing role.
Marketing expertise in Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Meta Analytics.
An analytical approach to data with experience using analytics tools, and developing data-driven insights and reporting to inform decision-making.
Strong skills in videography and editing, and photography
Outstanding team-working, organising and communication skills with ability to think creatively.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage time, and plan work to meet deadlines while working within established systems and processes.
Previous experience in CRM, Funnel, Mailchimp.
ICT Skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and WordPress.
Strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign and Photoshop).
Ability to work after hours when required to attend School events.
Willingness to uphold the ethos and values of the School at all times.
Current Working with Children Check.
Current Police Check.
