Oxworks, a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of quality fencing, gates, screens, and outdoor lifestyle products, is looking for a creative and driven Digital Content Creator & Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice and visual identity of a trusted, fast-growing brand. You’ll lead the creation, delivery and management of engaging content across our digital and social platforms – from DIY inspiration and large-scale commercial fencing showcases to impactful training and resource materials for our internal teams – all reflecting The Oxworks Way of quality, trust, and innovation.

This full-time role is based on-site in our Crestmead HQ with occasional location shoots, and potential for a flexible work arrangement for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, engaging content tailored to Oxworks’ tone and values
Produce, shoot, and edit compelling photo and video content for social media, website, and campaigns
Manage multiple content calendars and schedule posts across platforms
Actively engage with online audiences to foster community and brand loyalty
Track and analyse performance metrics to guide content strategy
Write clear, impactful copy for social posts, blogs, and digital collateral
Stay ahead of social media trends, always bringing fresh ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For

Experience in content creation and social media management (either through studies or industry work)
Solid skills in video and image editing (please include portfolio or examples if possible)
Excellent written, visual, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Flexible style to adapt across different content types and platforms

Proficiency with industry-standard creative platforms, including

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Canva for quick-turnaround and brand-aligned design
Greenrope, Mailchimp, or similar EDM and marketing automation platforms
Jotform or comparable form-building tools
Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or other social media scheduling platforms
WordPress or other content management systems
Familiarity with Blender or other 3D rendering software is highly regarded

Preferred Skills & Bonus Points

Strong capability in both print and digital graphic design
Proven ability to create and manage effective EDM & Social Media campaigns
Working experience with HTML/CSS preferred
Good working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics will make you stand out from the crowd
