ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Marketing & Digital Coordinator you will be the marketing team ensuring that we are on track for key meetings, milestones and team tasks - there’s never a dull moment! Reporting to the Senior Digital & Experience Manager, this role will also support on a number of key digital initiatives, most notably improving Revlon’s presence at a brand level across all digital & ecommerce touch points.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate team meetings and manage agendas, minutes, and equipment
Maintain databases, files, and spreadsheets
Handle tasks like ordering catering, managing calendars, and asset requests
Prepare presentations and event materials
Support brand team with NPD/launch activations and asset management
Assist with event planning, shoots, and management
Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns
Create and post engaging content on social media platforms
Improve digital shelf and brand presence on websites
Track competitor and industry activities for reporting

ABOUT YOU

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Technical Skills

Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing/Business Management
+1 years’ industry work experience working within a fast-paced team within either an agency or a corporate environment
Understanding of local AU and NZ digital marketing landscape

Personality Profile

Highly organised with ability to prioritise high volume of work and work to deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
A growth mindset to improve and make a difference
Ability to liaise with team members, internal stakeholders at any level
A working style that is team oriented and flexible and the ability to handle pressure, working alongside multiple team members
Enjoys planning and organising; isn’t phased by re-prioritising
A natural communicator and collaborator who builds relationships easily
