Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Planning and Execution

Creates an Australia and New Zealand marketing plan that drives the adoption of the global solutions strategies but that is also aligned to the local sales goals. Plans will incorporate global programs, partner marketing, as well as local activities and will be developed in conjunction with the regional VP and sales teams.
Manages key vendor relationships for campaign execution and lead qualification
Responsible for execution of all demand generation programs in Australia and New Zealand
Gets buy-in and regularly communicates the performance of campaigns to the Australia and New Zealand team
Works with corporate teams (including product and central marketing teams) to ensure messages are relevant for Australia and New Zealand. Provides feedback to corporate teams.
Works with the Worldwide Field Marketing Director to set objectives, targets and performance measures
Tracks the flow of leads through the pipeline and works with the local sales teams to ensure follow up and understanding of the impact of marketing campaigns.
Completes marketing ROI and monthly reports
Accountable for the delivery of converted opportunities to the Australia and New Zealand sales team per the agreed upon targets. Also accountable for the performance of all Australia and New Zealand marketing activities providing ROI on spend.
Is accountable for the program budget allocated to Australia and New Zealand marketing
Maintains budget spreadsheets and tools in line with accounting processes and practices

Qualifications:

Experience/Skills:

7-10 years of marketing demand generation experience with the software/infrastructure market place
Experience of managing marketing and sales qualification teams – ability to coach and mentor telephone-based qualification teams in Australia and New Zealand
Show experience of sales team engagement and buy-in
Thorough knowledge of application development market
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
