The Role

As a UX Designer at Haast, you'll shape how legal and compliance professionals interact with our AI platform, making complex compliance workflows intuitive and efficient. Your designs will help transform traditionally manual processes into streamlined digital experiences. We're looking for someone who combines user-centred design principles with a deep curiosity about enterprise workflows and compliance processes.

Impact You'll Make

Design intuitive interfaces for complex compliance workflows
Create and maintain our design system across the platform
Conduct user research with compliance and legal professionals
Transform technical capabilities into accessible user experiences
Develop prototypes and wireframes for new features
Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Drive improvements based on user feedback and behaviour analysis
Design data visualisations that make compliance insights actionable

What You'll Bring

Must Have:

3+ years of experience designing enterprise software
Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow solutions
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Proficient in Figma
Track record of shipping features in collaborative environments
Experience designing data-heavy interfaces
Strong information architecture skills
Ability to communicate design decisions effectively

Nice to Have:

Experience designing AI/ML interfaces
Background in compliance or regulatory software
Knowledge of data visualisation best practices
Experience with design systems
Understanding of accessibility standards
Prototyping skills
Experience with user analytics tools
Background in enterprise software design
Front End Development Experience
Graphic Design Experience
