About the Role:

At Bowens, we’re looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our team. Our digital designers use software and design tools to create engaging online content, including banner advertisements, artwork, social media graphics, print flyers, and interactive web content. The digital designer works closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to produce on-brand, eye-catching campaigns that align with Bowens' overall aesthetic.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Designing and producing graphics for websites, product images, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates.
Collaborating with the e-commerce team to ensure designs are aligned with the brand image while meeting usability and website standards.
Ensuring brand consistency across all digital customer touchpoints.
Driving increased traffic and engagement with target audiences.
Creating posts, pages, and applications that attract and retain customers.

We are looking for an individual who possesses the following skills:

A BA in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Graphic Communications, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Marketing.
Exceptional front-end development and JavaScript skills, with proficiency in tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar industry-standard software.
Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience working within a team of designers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A strong understanding of marketing and design disciplines, with a focus on creativity and graphic design.
Ability to generate original ideas and use data to optimize design and communication strategies.
