We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator with 5+ years of experience who’s organised, tech-savvy, and excited to work across brands that make a difference. You’ll be a key player in executing marketing plans for Allara Support Services (our main brand), along with Provider Business School (PBS), Zoomly, and Rachel Carey’s Personal Brand.

What You’ll Do

Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing campaigns across multiple brands, with a primary focus on Allara Support Services.
Create engaging content for social media platforms and help manage online communities to elevate brand presence.
Utilise digital tools like WordPress and Mailchimp to execute and monitor marketing strategies effectively.
Analyse data and performance metrics to refine campaigns and deliver measurable results.
Design marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for digital and print use.
Assist in organising events, from logistics to promotion, ensuring seamless execution.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication and meet project goals.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in marketing, with expertise in brand management and digital tools.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with teams, stakeholders, and audiences.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in platforms like WordPress, Mailchimp, and Canva.
Data literate, capable of interpreting metrics and using insights for decision-making.
Agility, flexibility, and adaptability to navigate a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
A proactive and resourceful attitude, ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
